Abelon Systems are pleased to announce that they have successfully completed a profitable first year of trading.

Abelon Systems Managing Director Ian Smith said "We have been very happy with our progress over the last year. We launched the company during one of the most difficult economic periods of the last ten or fifteen years and although it has not been easy we have managed to achieve everything we set out to do in our first year. We have also acquired a portfolio of leading clients in the medical, telecomms, mobile and digital media sectors and the prospects for the coming year are extremely positive."

Abelon Systems directors have declared a final dividend of 6.167p for holders of Class B ordinary shares.
