Abelon Systems have been appointed as Yarg Biometrics Ltd software development partner for an exciting and unique FingerSwipe biometric system. This system provides the perfect solution for secure, reliable and fast identification. With its patented topology, the Yarg FingerSwipe integrates seamlessly with customers' business applications for secure access, time and attendance related activities or as a means to identify individuals with speed and accuracy. The Yarg FingerSwipe addresses the private and public sectors from retail through to security with specific secure access, identification and verification requirements.

Yarg approached Abelon Systems, a leading UK provider of embedded solutions, to provide the software for the FingerSwipe system. Yarg required a distributed software architecture that would not only support the current generation of biometric devices but could also be easily upgraded to cater for new devices in the future.
